Terms and Conditions – Synapse Services

By accessing, hiring, or engaging the services of Synapse Talent, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all services

1. SERVICE ENGAGEMENT & PROJECT SCOPE

  • A written proposal or quotation must be approved prior to project initiation.
  • Any additional requests outside the agreed scope will incur extra charges.
  • Synapse Talent reserves the right to modify timelines and pricing based on project complexity and client requirements.

2. DEPOSITS, FEES & PAYMENT POLICY

  • A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required to begin work.
  • Final payment is due before project files, footage, or final deliverables are released.
  • Delayed payments may halt production and delay delivery.
  • All additional costs (locations, permits, models, special equipment, etc.) will be pre-approved but billed separately.

3. REVISIONS & FEEDBACK

  • Standard packages include 2–3 rounds of revisions depending on the selected service.
  • Revisions must align with the initial brief. Any major rework may be billed as new scope.
  • Feedback delay from the client side may extend delivery timelines.

4. PROJECT TIMELINE & DELIVERY

  • Production timelines will be mutually agreed in writing.
  • Any delays caused by incomplete information, pending approvals, or unavailability of talent from the client will shift delivery deadlines.
  • Delivery format will be specified in the agreement (e.g., 4K, HD, RAW footage).

5. RIGHTS, OWNERSHIP & USAGE

  • Full commercial rights are transferred only after full payment is completed.
  • Synapse Talent retains the right to use completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and show reels, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
  • Stock assets, music, and third-party content are licensed based on project terms and may carry usage limitations.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION

  • All shared content, scripts, footage, and branding assets remain confidential.
  • We strictly protect client data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must:

  • Provide clear briefs, brand guidelines, and reference materials.
  • Ensure all required approvals, location permissions, and releases.
  • Attend scheduled shoots or send authorized representatives.

Synapse Talent is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by missing client approvals.
  • Legal issues arising from unlicensed third-party materials supplied by the client.

8. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

  • The advance payment is non-refundable.
  • If a project is canceled by the client after production starts, client must pay for all completed work and expenses.
  • In the event Synapse Talent cancels the project due to internal reasons, refundable amounts will be assessed based on work completed.

9. PRODUCTION SAFETY & LIABILITY

  • Synapse Talent follows professional safety practices during filming and events.
  • The company is not liable for accidents resulting from negligence by clients, participants, or unauthorized personnel at the shoot.

10. DELIVERY APPROVAL & ARCHIVING

  • Approval of final deliverables marks project closure.
  • Project files are stored up to 60 days after completion unless archival is arranged as an additional service.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the local business laws of the UAE or the jurisdiction in which Synapse Talent operates.

12. UPDATES TO TERMS

Synapse Talent reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be available on our official platform.
